Spacious clean small kitchen I'd call it a small apartment. Bedsheets are very clean ., WiFi available

Carpet Smells I conceder it a hygienic matter, small TV, intrertinm below average . lighting, you need to switch every light individual. electrical outlet I had to inplug the lite to yous the water heater for a cup of tea.

huge rooms .. clean .. extremely polite and courteous staff.. brilliant location.. private parking .. in-room breakfast

Great executive suite. Very Clean and comfortable. WiFi terrible. Coffee shop teribble. Staff reasonable.

The location

The location The quiet The size of the apartment Staff were helpful Parking lot was a good thing even though it was small and tight

They charged me 200 riyals extra as in “insurance” and told me it’s company’s policy even though its never mentioned in their rules page here on Booking.com, I ask the manager to give me written proof of this policy he told me it’s an inside policy a.k.a improvised by the lower management. First room didn’t have a bathtub although it mentioned it had one called them changed rooms and this room didn’t have a plug for the bathtub drainage called them again and they provided it. Old TV busted sound. Not easy access/nearby electrical plug ins.

never come back to this hotel

the stuff are not welcoming at all . the hotel is making me paying for some stuff which is not existing in the bar and he claim that we use it without even checking !!! rooms are very cold with old style AC , with huge sound and noise .

the executive floor is a 5-star hotel location is near cornice and good restaurants decoration is luxurious nice car parking

only one bad thing: little bad smell from bathroom sewers spreading into the room

reception team were very helpful and nice.

reception team were very helpful and nice. I complained regarding toilet shower, Abdullah and his colleagues changed my room in 15 minutes. impressive!!

Air conditioning system is very old but still cooling fine. i believe this is the only issue for Boudl Heraa.

Good Hotel for Short Stay

The reception was friendly and helpful during check in process.

Our first room smelled horrible but they were able to move us to another room which was much cleaner and smelled fine. However, hotel was very basic.
